Initially this would be a working design manager role, with a transition to more management involvement over time. They are looking for someone to be a key part of the management team, so your strong business and industry experience will be appreciated.
This position is for a Design Manager, but this company is looking for a range of experience in several positions so no matter your truss design level they have a position available for you. Bring your truss designer friends along to this great opportunity.
This is a salaried position, typically around 40 hours per week. As a key part of company management, and as a leader in the design department it is an in office position only.
Truss Design Manager - Roof trusses only, no EWP to worry about.
- Markets include tract homes, single family, single family custom, multi family, and light commercial.
- Required management skills include effectively manage self and 10 person design team efforts and ability to communicate verbally at all levels.
- Management duties include checking others work and training.
- MiTek software.
Notes:- Work Schedule: Monday/Friday and average 40 hours a week.
