The position is best suited for someone who understands the entire truss manufacturing process, from initial sales and estimating through design, production, and jobsite application. You will work directly with customers to improve workflow, solve technical challenges, and support implementation of systems that tie engineering, manufacturing, and field execution together. This is not a pure sales role and not a pure support role. It is a consultative, technical position where credibility comes from real industry experience.
