This new facility features two 120' gantry lines and one floor truss line, providing a strong foundation for future growth. About the Role We’re looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and hands-on leader to manage truss production—or to step up into that role if you have strong supervision experience in wood truss manufacturing. You’ll start small and help grow this operation from zero to over $10 million in five years. Expect to wear many hats, working in the plant, saw shop, and yard as production ramps up. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, managing schedules, ensuring quality control, coordinating maintenance, maintaining safety and efficiency standards, and optimizing production flow. You’ll work closely with senior management to forecast materials, plan capacity, and improve processes as volume increases. Compensation: Starting at $80,000 based on experience, with relocation support. Benefits: Standard company benefits package.
