This role is responsible for driving revenue by selling a comprehensive package of roof trusses, wall panels, and Engineered Wood Products (EWP). Supported by a high-volume, highly capable internal design department, this is a 100% pure hunter role. You will be building a new book of business from the ground up, leveraging your industry experience to secure profitable volume. Responsibilities: Actively prospect, develop, and close new B2B accounts across the GTA and western territories—there is no existing book of business to inherit. Strategically target and secure business both direct-to-builder and through established lumber yard dealer networks. Manage and aggressively grow sales of wall panels, roof trusses, and EWP. Read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints to consult with clients on optimal framing solutions. Act as the primary liaison between the client in the field and the internal design/estimating department to ensure accurate quoting and project delivery. Conduct site visits to resolve field issues and maintain strong client relationships.
