Details:
The ideal candidate will be well versed in truss design, strong presentation skills, problem solving, conflict resolution, and time management skills. The only location requirement is that you live near or within a commute of a major airport in the Northeast, as much of this job requires travel.
The majority of your job is to provide ongoing post-implementation support and training of software systems. This will include assisting our help desk with existing customer support needs. Your daily schedule includes business strategy suggestions, software implementation services, ongoing training and customer support. This will include advising on best practices, installing, and configuring the system(s), and developing, documenting, and facilitating end-user training. (50%)
This job requires you to be a subject matter expert so training and learning about company software, implementation, processes, and products is key to your success. You will use this skill to interact with general managers, production managers, design managers, designers and production leads to optimize work flow, scheduling, efficiency, and resolve post-conversion issues.
