We're on the hunt for aTruss Plant Operations Manager to join our client's dynamic team in sunny Florida. Our client is a thriving manufacturing and distribution company with multiple plants and a focus on providing lumber, truss, doors, and windows to their customers.Work Schedule: Monday/Friday, limited Saturdays, and average 45-50 hours a week. Markets include single family, single family custom, multi family, and light commercial. Components include: floor trusses and roof trusses. Compensation Salary plus bonus and base pay from $90k to $100k+ depending upon experience. Educational requirements: High School graduate, 4 year degree, and will consider work experience in lieu of degree.
