Highly experienced General Manager with more than 40 years in the structural building components industry, including extensive management experience with roof trusses, floor trusses, wall panels, EWP, lumber, hardware, light-gauge steel components, and related products. Career progression began in truss production and design before advancing into production and executive management.
Currently serves as General Manager of a component manufacturing operation with broad responsibility for sales, estimating, design, P&L, purchasing, scheduling, production, staffing, inventory, and delivery. Works directly with ownership on financial performance, sales, cash flow, opportunities, and operational issues while coordinating wood and steel operations.
Offers an unusual combination of hands-on component manufacturing knowledge and senior-level business management experience. Background includes wood roof and floor trusses, wall panels, framing packages, EWP, light-gauge steel trusses and wall panels, and timber trusses. Experienced in growing operations, developing employees, purchasing, inventory control, quality, sales, design management, and production.
